Upon the Brooklyn Bridge (Arthur Miller Melody)

Sung by

Frank Houston

Julia Houston

Tom Levitt

Upon the Broolyn Bridge (Arthur Miller Melody) was original sung by Frank Houston in Hell on Earth. Julia wrote it for her affair with Michael Swift. It was supposed to be in the show, but changed to only an instrumental.

In the context of Bombshell, the song would have been sung by Arthur Miller to Marilyn when the two are preparing to marry each other or when their marriage ended. It most likely was replaced by The Right Regrets.

Tonight my thoughts were all of you

But no one else could know

Your melody kept coming though

I knew I had to go

And so I lied to the ones I love

To find you in the dark

And share the bliss

Of one more kiss

Upon the Brooklyn Bridge
